1. Promoter 

The promoter of this prize draw is Western Sydney University Student Union (“Promoter”). 

2. Promotion Period 

The promotion opens at 9am on 9 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 24 Octobr 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility 

Entry is open to: 

• Current students enrolled at WSU during the Promotion Period. 
• Individuals aged 16 YEARS AND OVER. 

The following persons are not eligible to enter: 

• Employees directly involved in conducting the survey or prize draw. 
• Any person involved in determining the winners. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter: 

1. Complete the SSAF survey during the Promotion Period. 
2. Submit a valid prize draw entry form including the required contact details. 

Only one entry per eligible participant will be accepted. 

Participation in the survey is voluntary. 

5. Privacy 

Survey responses and prize draw entries will be managed in accordance with the WSU

Privacy Policy 

Where practicable, identifying information collected for the prize draw will be stored separately from survey responses. 

6. Prizes 

Survey results may be reported in aggregate form and will not identify individual participants. 

The prizes available are: 

• 1 x $500 gift card 
• 10 x $50 gift card 
• 2 x WSU Sports Oodies 
• 2 x Out and About trips for two in 2027 

The total prize pool value is approximately $1500 AUD. 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. 

7. Draw Details 

The draw will take place at: 

Location: Online 
Date: 27 October 2026 
Time: 9am 

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

8. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified by email to their WSU email address within five of the draw. 

9. Unclaimed Prizes 

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries. 

Any redraw will occur on: 

Date: 10 November 2026 
Time: 9am 

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner. 

11. Modification or Cancellation 

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any legal requirements. 

12. Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for: 

• Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries; 
• Technical failures affecting participation; 
• Any tax consequences arising from acceptance of a prize. 

Participants should seek independent financial advice regarding any taxation implications. 

13. Acceptance of Terms 

By entering the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
